Life Navigation & Support

A trauma-informed, practical space for when life feels tangled and you need help figuring out what comes next.

These 60-minute virtual sessions give you space to talk through what is happening, identify patterns, sort through competing needs, and find practical next steps that actually fit your life.

You do not need to arrive with the right words or know exactly what you need.

You can simply start with:

“Here’s what’s going on. Can you help me make sense of it?”

This is support without pressure, judgment, or an expectation that you already have everything figured out.

Life Navigation & Support May Be a Good Fit If You’re Navigating:

  • chronic illness or disability adjustment

  • changing capacity or a life that no longer looks the way you expected

  • boundaries with family, partners, friends, or work

  • overwhelm and difficulty figuring out what needs your attention first

  • major life transitions

  • self-advocacy and communicating your needs

  • rebuilding your life after difficult or traumatic experiences

  • neurodivergence and trying to build systems that work with your brain

  • relationship or family patterns you are trying to understand

  • feeling stuck between several choices

  • knowing something needs to change but not knowing where to begin

You do not need to be in crisis to need support.

Sometimes you simply need another person to help you slow everything down, see the bigger picture, and figure out what is actually manageable from here.

What Happens in a Session?

Start Where You Are

We begin with whatever is most present for you that day.

You can come in with a specific situation, a decision you are trying to make, something that keeps happening, or simply the feeling that everything has become too much to sort through alone.

You do not need to prepare anything beforehand.

Make Sense of What’s Happening

Together, we look at the different pieces of the situation.

I may help you identify patterns, separate what is yours from what belongs to someone else, clarify what you actually want or need, and notice where trauma, disability, neurodivergence, expectations, or old survival strategies may be affecting the situation.

This is collaborative. I am not here to tell you how to live your life.

Find Your Next Steps

We turn what we uncover into practical options.

Sometimes that means identifying a boundary.

Sometimes it means figuring out what conversation needs to happen.

Sometimes it is making a complicated problem smaller.

Sometimes the next step is an accommodation, a script, a resource, a decision, or simply permission to stop pushing something that is not working.

The goal is not to solve your entire life in an hour.

The goal is for you to leave with more clarity than you came in with.

Leave With Something Usable

Before we finish, we will identify what feels most useful to carry forward.

That might be one concrete next step, several options to consider, language for a difficult conversation, a different way of understanding what is happening, or simply a clearer sense of what matters most right now.

Why Work With Me?

I’m a Certified Trauma Recovery Practitioner trained in trauma-informed life coaching, somatic approaches, Root Cause Therapy, and holistic complementary practices.

My approach is also shaped by professional experience in problem-solving, education, design, and advocacy, as well as lived experience navigating disability, neurodivergence, trauma, chronic illness, major life changes, and fluctuating capacity.

I tend to look at the whole system rather than one isolated problem.

What is happening?

What is making it harder?

What patterns keep showing up?

What support is missing?

What is actually within your control?

And what would make the next step more manageable?

You will not be pushed toward a particular decision or expected to function beyond your actual capacity.

This Is Not Therapy

Life Navigation & Support is not psychotherapy, mental health treatment, diagnosis, or crisis care.

I do not provide clinical treatment for PTSD or other mental health conditions through these sessions.

Instead, this is a trauma-informed support and coaching service focused on reflection, problem-solving, self-advocacy, life transitions, and practical next steps.

It can be used alongside therapy, medical care, or other professional support when appropriate.
