What this experience offers
This outdoor event pairs live vinyasa yoga with crystal singing bowls, rainsticks, and chimes — so your body gets to move and strengthen while sound supports your nervous system into a deeper state of ease.
Led by sound healing practitioner Monica Munson and vinyasa yoga instructor Taylor Joachim (Sunset Coast Yoga), this is an open-air experience designed for all levels. No prior yoga or sound bath experience needed. Just show up ready to move and breathe.

looking for a grounding reset that combines movement and stillness
sensitive to high-stimulation or high-pressure environments
wanting something restorative that isn't just lying still
What to expect
60-minute vinyasa flow with live sound accompaniment
Outdoor setting with fresh air and natural surroundings
All levels welcome — modifications available

Yoga mat and towel

Event Registration & Refund Policy
Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the event will receive a full refund. Cancellations made 24–72 hours before the event will receive a credit toward a future sound healing event. Cancellations within 24 hours of the event are non-refundable. Tickets may be gifted or transferred to someone else if you're unable to attend.
