These sessions offer gentle, practical support for navigating daily life when things feel heavy, confusing, or too much to hold alone.

This is a space to slow down, sort through what’s happening, and receive support that works with your capacity — not against it.

You don’t need a diagnosis.
You don’t need a clear plan.
You don’t need to know what to work on.

We begin with where you are.

What Happens in a Life Navigation & Support Session?

Life Navigation & Support sessions are flexible and responsive, shaped by what you need that day.

Your First Session

Your first session is about getting oriented and supported, not fixing anything.

We’ll start with a gentle check-in to understand:

  • what feels overwhelming or stuck right now

  • what you’re juggling mentally or emotionally

  • what kind of support feels most helpful today

From there, we move at your pace. This might include talking things through, grounding your nervous system, organizing thoughts, or simply having support while things feel heavy.

There’s no pressure to have goals, insight, or a plan.
We begin with where you are.

Ongoing Sessions

Ongoing sessions provide steady, supportive space as you navigate daily life.

These sessions may be:

  • practical (task support, planning, body doubling)

  • reflective (talking through stress or decisions)

  • grounding (supporting regulation during overwhelm)

  • quiet and supportive when capacity is low

Some sessions are conversational.
Some are focused.
Some are simply about not doing it alone.

Each session adjusts to your energy and needs that day.

What This Is

  • Practical, nervous-system–informed support

  • Flexible sessions that adapt to your capacity

  • A calm space to sort, steady, or begin

  • Support without pressure to go deep

What This Is Not

  • Not psychotherapy

  • Not trauma processing or subconscious work

  • Not diagnostic or clinical care

If you’re looking for deep trauma healing or subconscious release, Mind-Body Trauma Healing sessions may be a better fit.

This Is a Good Fit If You’re:

  • Feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, or mentally overloaded

  • Struggling to manage daily tasks or decisions

  • Navigating appointments, systems, or life transitions

  • Experiencing shutdown, low motivation, or feeling stuck

  • Wanting support without deep emotional processing

Flexible Options — In Person or Telehealth

Sessions are available:

  • In-person at my cozy trauma-informed office in South Haven, MI

  • Online through a secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform

Why Work With Me?

I’m a Certified Holistic Complementary Therapist who supports people through overwhelm, transitions, and moments when life feels hard to navigate alone.

My background includes training in:

  • nervous system–informed support

  • somatic and body-based awareness

  • trauma-informed life coaching

  • energy-based grounding practices

I draw from these tools gently and selectively — only when they’re helpful — so sessions stay practical, supportive, and accessible.

What matters most here isn’t a method.
It’s how we move with your capacity.
