What this experience offers
This candlelit sound bath is a small-group, deeply calming experience designed to help your nervous system slow down and settle.
Using crystal singing bowls and gentle vocal tones, the sound creates sustained vibrations that support relaxation, grounding, and emotional ease. Subtle, hands-off energy healing is woven into the session to support regulation and a sense of internal safety.
This is not a class you have to “do right.”
It’s a space to rest.
This event may be supportive if you’re:
feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or emotionally fatigued
needing deep rest without talking or processing
sensitive to high-stimulus or high-pressure environments
wanting a calm, grounded reset
No sharing is required. You’re welcome to lie down, sit, or adjust as needed.
What to expect
60-minute sound bath with energy healing
Candlelit, cozy setting

Capacity is limited to 8 people to preserve a calm, low-pressure environment.

A mat or something comfortable to lie on (optional)
Water bottle
