Sound & Snuggles is a gentle, family-friendly sound bath experience designed to help both moms and kids relax, reset, and enjoy soothing moments together.
This donation-based event includes soft sounds from crystal singing bowls and calming instruments, paired with a welcoming atmosphere for little bodies and big emotions alike. Whether you're a mom, caregiver, or simply seeking a calm space for you and your child, you're welcome here.
We’re also joined by Izzy from The Haven Chiropractic, who brings her warm, supportive energy and love for holistic family care into the space.
👶 Recommended Age Range:
Best suited for children ages 6 months to 6 years old.
Older siblings are welcome if they can participate calmly and respectfully.
🧘♀️ What to Bring:
A blanket or mat to sit or lay on
A small pillow or stuffed animal for your little one
A water bottle
Your child’s favorite comfort item (if helpful)
There’s no pressure for your child to stay still or silent — this is a judgment-free zone where wobbles, wiggles, and snuggles are welcome.
🗓️ What to Expect:
15 minutes to settle in, move around, and chit chat with other parents
30 minutes of gentle sound healing using crystal singing bowls and soft instruments
A short wrap-up to help your little one transition peacefully
