Welcome to Restorative Healing Haven.
I’m so glad you found your way here.

I’m a Certified Holistic Complementary Therapist offering trauma-informed, intuitive care—especially for those navigating chronic stress, trauma recovery, neurodivergence, or disability. I know firsthand how hard it is to ask for support when your nervous system is overloaded. That’s why every session here honors your needs, your pace, and your autonomy.

My offerings include Mind-Body Trauma Healing, Reiki (both in-person and distance), and Sound Healing & Events—blending somatic healing, subconscious release, and energy work to support your mind, body, and spirit.

I bring not just training, but lived experience. As a disabled entrepreneur and survivor of childhood and marital abuse—and as someone who is neurodivergent—I understand how it feels to be overwhelmed, misunderstood, or disconnected from your own body. This practice is a sanctuary for people like us: the deep feelers, the overthinkers, the ones healing in layers. You’re safe here.

  • My approach is spiritually open, neurodivergent-affirming, and always grounded in your safety and autonomy.

  • I work at a sustainable pace to support both you and my own health. Session availability is limited to ensure present, meaningful care.

You don’t have to heal alone. Let’s begin together.

About

Hi, I'm Monica — and I'm so glad you're here.

My healing journey has taken me from the pain of childhood trauma and an abusive marriage to a place of deep emotional clarity, nervous system repair, and empowered self-trust. That path wasn’t easy — but it shaped my passion for guiding others through their own healing.

As someone currently navigating chronic illness and on short-term disability, I offer healing sessions in a way that prioritizes accessibility, gentleness, and real-life energy needs—for both of us.

As a neurodivergent survivor, I know what it feels like to carry invisible weight. That’s why I’ve created a practice rooted in nervous system safety, intuitive guidance, and nonjudgmental care.

I don’t offer quick fixes. I offer presence, compassion, and a space to come home to yourself.

At the core of my work is this belief: healing doesn’t mean fixing what’s broken — it means remembering what was never lost.

If you’ve been feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, or just tired of doing it all alone — I’m here to walk with you.
